Alura's Workshop 6:30pm to 8:00pm
"Feline Fluidity: A Bastet Inspired"
This workshop explores movements that embody the ancient Egyptian feline goddess Bastet. It includes historical and cultural references to prompt feline movement exploration. Participants will warm up with isometrics and stretches, followed by Bastet inspired movement drills, culminating with a fluid feline bellydance fusion choreography.
