Natalie will be visiting New York City and she will be teaching two special workshops in March 2024. The workshops will be focusing on modern and classic Egyptian technique.

Day: Thursday, March 21st

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm 

Workshop: “Cairo Beats”

The class is open to all levels interested in experimenting and dancing to the pulse of modern Cairo rhythms. We will be dancing to the most popular songs of these days, in addition to covering the Modern Egyptian Technique. Get ready to have a lot of fun in this class!

Day: Thursday, March 28th 

Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm 

Workshop: “Veil Retro Vibes”

Natalie will take you on a visual journey through time in its many forms, bringing her knowledge and expertise to life through exploration. Inspired by the aesthetic of Egyptian dancers from the 1940's to 1970's, this workshop will be reviving the essential movements and frames to recreate the retro vibes for the contemporary stage. You will learn how to accentuate your body with the veil and delight your audience visually during your performance, while evoking the nostalgia of days gone by. Our goal upon completion of this workshop is that you will be able to express yourself confidently and creatively with a retro vibe.

*Performance Opportunity at the "Hafla" Bellydance Show*

We will be giving the opportunity to perform in our Hafla for those who take both workshops. (Only 3 spots available).
