Life is constantly changing, as well our personal journey. One of my favorites quotes from Senaca is "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end". Being able to start a new page you need to first complete it. My closing project for this year 2022 is "JOURNEY", a workshop designed to internalize and recollect all those dance movements that were born or those new steps that you learned during the year. During this 2 hours workshop I will guide you through different dynamics exercises. We will have a section for goal settings that will support you and motivate you to plan for the new year 2023.
